Ingredients
  • 12 large white or cremini mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese ((softened))
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs ((use gluten-free for gluten-free option))
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley ((chopped))
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare the Mushrooms:

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set the mushroom caps aside, and finely chop the stems.

  3. Make the Filling:

  4. Stuff the Mushrooms:

Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps, pressing it in firmly.

  5. Bake:

Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the tops are golden and the filling is hot.

  6. Serve:
    1. Let cool slightly and serve warm. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
