Description

Caprese skewers are a bite-sized take on the classic Italian salad. Made with just a few ingredients, these skewers are fresh, vibrant, and perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 small fresh mozzarella balls ((bocconcini or ciliegine))
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 10 small skewers or toothpicks
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Assemble the Skewers:

    Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer or toothpick.

  2. Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze:

    Arrange the skewers on a plate and drizzle them with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  3. Serve:

    Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for up to 30 minutes before serving.
